Builders - SQM or Hourly Rates

We have nine units to build in a Factory in Cambridge. The job offer is for SQM or hourly rates. We supply all materials and sub-contractors. The project has commenced and is in a controlled environment undercover in a Factory. Once finished, all units will be transported to site. Looking for a building crew to do a labour-only contract - sqm or hourly rates. Contact me for a full set of plans. Stand trusses and fix purlins · Fix building paper · Fix Linear Board and cavity battens including all flashings · Install windows, doors including Protector Wrap and flashings · Install soffits · Install ceiling battens ·Cladding · Fix doors and hardware · Fix skirting and scotia.
