Issues with venting system installed last year as it appears to be drawing water into house. Installer can’t come around until 10 July. Inspection required: 1. In roof to check if open/closed cavity between block work & frame 2. Under floor for waterproof membrane 3. Are there any leaks from water main (tenants Bill was way too high this quarter but suspect it was because back tenants are drawing all water & is shared meter)
