Install gib ceiling in basement

I have a basement room with approximate dimensions 3.4 x 4.6m. I require installation of: -fixings for gib -gib -4 x dimmable and black LED downlights No painting and plastering required. Require 2 options for quotation, one with insulation included and one without. This is underneath a suspended concrete floor - see photo of existing set up. I will get existing old lights decommissioned and removed prior to work commencing.
