replace or cover boards on 2 story house

hello. We had the 2nd level of our house repainted last year, but one wall probably requires new boards (as they are dried out and cracked), or else maybe cover with painted linear board or something similar. The main thing is to keep the integrity of the weather proofness of our home. I don't mind if you use a different type of wood or board, as long as it looks like it should be there. I would like someone who can either use anchor method for safety, or else someone who can supply the scaffolding. If it works, we could paint the boards before going up. I'm not sure you can really give me a quote without a site visit. Maybe an idea of hourly rate etc. But the main thing is getting the job done properly. pic one shows the 2nd story that needs repair, pic 2 shows it a bit closer, and pic 3 shows from the side, and the roof to stand on or put scaffolding next to the wall that needs fixing. thanks
