Laundry and dry food store

A detached 9mx3.2m aprox. plus an extended roof to create veranda/porch. Structure to contain a wet room, (Laundry area including a shower & WC) plus a dry food store including fridge and 2x chest freezers. Requires connection to power and septic system, all very close proximity. A timber framed structure, to be highly insulated. with passive thermal gain required to the wet room and the opposite to the dry food store (Cool room) project to commence in mid June. I will have detailed plans drawn up by LBP drafty for pricing within the next 3 weeks
