We have a section in Ashley Forest Village and starting to look into what we can afford and who we want to work with for the complete build. The house will be approximate 200m2, to lock up stage (including plastering). We are going to be placing a basic fit out in the kitchen and bathroom. Builder will also be the project manager as we do not have the experience or time to do this. We are after an estimate to build per square metre. House will be ready to start being built in early 2014.
