Budgeting for the building of The Totara, a kitset house by McCullough builders Oamaru. It does not include plumbing, electric, concrete foundations and floor, insulation for walls and ceiling, laboour costs, water pipes and hot water cylinder, spouting and downpipes, stormwater and foulwater drainage, shower bath, kitchen, laundry fittings and toilet labour costs,electrical work and fittings, labour costs, cartage costs to site.
