Build Mezzanine in shed

As per the pictures, I was going to do this myself but it’s been years now and I haven’t gotten to it so might be time to get some help Looking for someone to build a 6.4x2.4 mezzanine in my shed spanning the wall and the concrete block wall in the photos. You will see I already have a beam for this I would like used, it’s in the picture just sitting up out of the way. Floor to be finished with 12mm ply. Small fork available on site for lifting beam around etc. This is a bit of a workshop, I’m not worries about designs, PS1 etc
