General maintenance

We have a property that requires some essential repairs and maintenance. We are seeking quotes from experienced builders for the following tasks: 1. Replacement of deteriorated rubber hip flashing on the corners of the house porch roof. 2. Inspection and potential remedial work for the flashing and nails in that area. 3. Exterior cladding plank fixes on the western side of the house, particularly above the porch roof. 4. Addressing rot and deterioration at the bottom of two timber porch posts on the northern side of the Dining Room and the western side of the Front Entrance. 5. Treatment and cleaning of lichen on the southern side of the Garage roof, including potential repainting. 6. Repair of damage to the downpipe connection on the northwestern corner of the house. 7. Creation of drainage gaps by cutting back concrete from doors and walls to prevent water damage. 8. Minor cladding repairs on the eastern side of the garage. 9. Exterior cladding plank fixes on the western side of the house. 10. Maintenance and repairs to the awning window on the western side of the Master Bedroom.
