Building a tiny home on wheels

I need a towable tiny home on a trailer, minimum 7 X 2.4 m, fully self-contained: bathroom and mini-kitchen. I'm looking for a structure about 3.6 m high because I must have a sleeping loft for two people on top of the bathroom/kitchen area. I'm not looking for luxury, as this is not for long-term living, but just holiday and Airbnb. I'm looking for sturdiness, quality and practicality. This building must fit within a budget of 90k max, and completed by no later than Sep-Oct 2023. I live in Auckland, but this should be taken to a property at Raglan. I am happy to have this unit built in Waikato or Auckland for easy transport. Is this you? Please, get in touch!
