Filling in ground floor of 2-storey house

This is a straight forward job requiring a bottom floor on an existing dwelling (just built 2-months ago). The floor size is approximately 70m2. We require a price for the interior and exterior walls, floor, ceiling and windows. The exterior is board and batton, with one side coloursteel. There are existing structural poles which support the top storey. One of these (interior poles) will need to be shifted to where an interior wall is planned. The plans are currently in the process of gaining consent.
