Garage frame and roof

We would like help with framing a garage 6 x 7.2 with a 4.8m tilt door at the front. one window and one rear access door. We also require the roofing and guttering. pitch on the 7.2m side same as the tilt door. Would also like help with the permit requirements. Can provide drawings on request Concrete pad already done and cladding will be done afterwards (by father in law :( ) that is the same as the house and cottage.
