I have a property in Raglan that we wish to build on, it is a 2 stage project the first being the build of the basement garage which will be converted to a 2 bedroom flat until we are back in New Zealand at a future date and complete the project by building the remaining 2 floors and turning the basement back to a 2 car garage or maybe just leaving it as a flat, the curent project is a tricky build being that the section is in a reclaimed gully so there is some retaining work to be done and as there is eventually to be floors above, the build must done to a suitable standard for future development , all plans for the current build have been done by Kris Wilson of design house in Hamilton and are available for quote. We will be doing some of the work ourselves, these being the Painting, Concreteing the drive, kitchen and carpet, vinyle etc so only need a quote to lock up, plans on request, please only builders who are able to quote on total job ie plumbing , electrical etc aside from the above exclusions
