I have a two-story home. I’m needing a builder to remove part of the downstairs bedroom ceiling, fix the squeaky/loose floorboards of the upper level, and to restore ceiling again (will need painter and gib stopper as well). Also need a roof trapdoor (presently located in a cupboard) to be relocated to the garage. Am needing this work to be completed by December. Thanks!
