General maintenance tidy up on small commercial building

I have posted a roofing job that says this but I also need a builder - if you do roofs as well and are fully qualified to do building/roofing work then hopefully I can get one person to attend to this maintenance. A small building has to have a full check of roof for leaks, and repairs eg flashings, gutter repair etc and ensure fully water tight and maintained as well as replace some iron on one spot that is about 4m x 2m (80% of the roof was replaced in 2014). If you are a qualified builder as well I want the building fully checked over there are multiple small things that need to be tidied up a bit. If you fancy a job on Waiheke for 2-3 days we can work out accommodation in our Onetangi airbnb. This is a job of tidying up and ensuring that everything is in good order etc for small commercial building. Will discuss further prior to commencement. Job needs to be done in the next month.
