Belle T tiny home

Looking for a builder to build a tiny home on Waiheke Island. Building and Resource Consent already granted. The home is part of a bigger project but this first phase it's only about building the tiny home/sleepout as marked in Green on the attached plans. Temporary power is ready to go onsite. Looking to start the build as soon as possible. Draft design of the interior is also provided. The vision is for a modern, smart and affordable build, thinking creatively about solutions that make a small space work to its maximum capability. Thanks for taking the time to look.
