Damage bargeboard/leak from flood

With the recent flood we discovered there is a hole in the bargeboard of our property. This has caused damage to the Gib in the kitchen and unsure what else this has done. We need a Builder to inspect this first, to offer advice and a plan to fix this. We are insured for this. At the sametime we will get the Builder to check the rest of the dwellings (2 houses onsite) to make sure everything is ok so there potentially could be more work. One of the houses (Studio) is a very tall house so will need potentially a mobile scaffolding (or similar) which we are aware of the costs involved.
