Brand New Home - Little Oneroa, Waiheke

We are looking for a fantastic builder who loves a challenge to build a Brand new home in Little Oneroa of Waiheke. I have posted on here before, but it was too early in the process to get accurate quotes. We have now submitted consents to council, and have working drawings available. We are looking for a builder that will help us build our first home consisting of 2 levels, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms and on poles. The "challenge" that I mentioned before is the site is difficult due to having no road access (all though close to the road) and it is sloping as well. We are looking for a builder with plenty of experience, references and a can do attitude. We can also provide accommodation on site if required, so you can turn it into a summer holiday if you like! Specifics: -We need someone who could start the job within 6 months -You must have relevant experience and references -Attention to detail -Can do attitude, it's not an easy job
