Ostend house make-over

We have a 3 bedroom, one level house on Waiheke that we will add an upper level too for a new master bedroom. At the same time extend the existing lounge, renovate the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and other existing living areas with in the house. We want this work completed before December 2016 (this year). There are architecture plans for the work and the required resource consent has been granted. There is probably a minimum of 2month lead time for the job to commence (could commence from June, but we are flexible as long as it is completed this year), this allows for completion of final architecture drawings and building consent to be applied for an issued.
