Lounge Extension

Wanting to extend my living room out, not hugely but adding roughly 10sqm to the space (though open to suggestion on the best way to optimise space Would involve removing part of an external wall (highlighted blue in attached picture) and heatpump would need to be moved Fibre box and powerpoints are also on this external wall, unsure if thats important to note Wanting to also add a sliding door and window in new extension 1940s built brick veneer house For the most part flat land but does have a small slope Also wanting to install a logburner, but doesn't need to be part of this job Thanks!
