Fix rain leak and replace damaged plasterboard

We have a rain leak in the corner of our conservatory when the wind is blowing from the North (which doesn't happen very often) over the years has damaged the plasterboard. The job is to remove the old plasterboard, fix the leak and replace it with new plasterboard.
