Undertaking a full reno on a run down rental we're about to purchase. A long list of small repairs. Missing architrave on external corner Missing ceiling access hatch Missing coathanger rails in 3x wardrobes Missing shelves in 3x wardrobes At least 2x interior doors need replacement About half of interior door handles need replacement Exterior door handles 2x need replacement All doors missing door stops Remove all curtain rails Repair hole in floor by ranch slider Remove 'gate' added across part of carport Fit new range hood (to be wired by sparky) Remove shower over bath lining, clean up silicone from bath and replace after plumbing inspected for leaks. Fit bathroom mirror Replace damaged exterior hardiplanks x 4 Reconnect downpipe to gutter Probably more to add as we get into the job. Preference for a LBP to help with building jobs

Tony did the bulidng for for full reno of a rental. Replaced doors, repaired water damage, replaced gib, repaired damaged weather boards, plus many small jobs. Excellent workmanship, organised - kept the job on schedule, and productive with his time.
