Building a base/foundation for a Pod/cabin

I am purchasing a 6m x 2.4m Pod to be placed on my house section. It will be completed in mid May and I am requiring the base to be completed, in place, before that time. It will need to be wooden, solid, with air space underneath. I am wanting a person who has had some experience in building such framework to complete this task ideally. After this little build, I will be looking to having some decking, and fence work on the site.

It took a few weeks to complete, but this included pod base, fence, and decking. In general I was kept up to date with how things were progressing which was helpful. Owner and workers were easy to communicate with. Overall pretty happy with the end result.
