Rangehood installation

We have an old 1959 house that we are wanting to get a rangehood installed. The ceiling height is approx 2.5m. Attached are photos of the area including outside. There isn’t a PowerPoint installed yet but I have an electrician that is planning on doing it in the next few weeks. Happy to take recommendations on rangehoods, have been looking at Bunnings/mitre10 options.
