Window Replacement and Minor Building Works

Building Works include: - We have a set of louvre windows that we would like replaced. Note we have already ordered and paid for the replacement window. -Minor Building works around the window framing to prevent leaking (see pictures) We have noticed that some water has bee coming in directly through the louvres itself but want to make sure any other leak points are repaired. Work is expected to be available from mid April when we have the replacement window and must be completed before end of April. Happy for you to have a look before quoting, just message and we can arrange. Work is in Arataki/Bayfair area

Warren was great to work with. Easy communication and even did the work earlier than expected once a slot opened up. He also gave some tips on future works too. Can recommend.
