The bottom step has been rebuilt and is solid but the others are needing to be rebuilt. They are fereing soft and the timber needs to be replaced. The 2nd two steps need to be converted to 3 to have them at an uniform height up to the landing. A handrail is also needed on the righthand side. No painting required, just your building skills
