Evaluate and replace old weatherboards (spot fixing)

Two storey house - downstairs is original and weatherboards OK but upstairs is newer and a number of weathered/split/cracked weatherboards. Job is to evaluate and assess the boards that need replacing and do so. No painting needed as will be painted post install but may also need corner soakers. Currently estimate 20~ weatherboards Access to worst ones is easy as off a deck.

Very proactive communications from early on. Warren explained the process and arranged scaffolding to enable additional work to be done. Some delays with scaffolding not Warren's fault! He was here from day one and organising work to enable the painters to get on with their part. When job expanded very clearly explained the extra costs for more weatherboards and edge soakers. Job completed on time; I'm no builder but the worksmanship looks good, new boards installed as well as additional joinery
