Bathroom upgrade and rotten window frames replaced

Hi there, We have an old 1960's block house with a block shower downstairs and some rotten window frames that need replacing. I would like ideas on how to upgrade our downstairs bathroom - shower, toilet and cupboards. Can the shower be relined and new tray instead of the block wall?
