Job description
Soffit on second floor on two story townhouse has a small, about 6 inches, hole. Needs repair or replacement. The photo is not very good but hole is just in corner end of soffit.

Warren contacted me very promptly, gave estimate and when accepted made date to complete job within a week. Finished today and looks good. Very pleased with work and communication with Warren. Job completed with no extra costs.
