We have water damaged ceiling boards (unchanged damage in the last 3 years). Need confirmation there are no leaks likely to cause same issue before we replace the ceiling. House is going up for sale within 2 months. There is an hrv in the house so roof space might be tight? Access is from manhole in hallway. Photos are of the damage of ceilings

As the work was weather dependent Anthony called on a Saturday to see if it could be done. I wasn't expecting the call but so glad Anthony could inspect the roof on a Saturday. He was considerate of the floor too as his ladder was wet.
