Removal and disposal of existing monolithic cladding at front of house around and over kitchen windows Removal and disposal of flat roof over main entranceway and two supporting pillars. Addition of soffit verges on two gables at the front the house including the installation of a new truss over the garage door opening. External recladding using ‘Linea’ weatherboard system around garage and kitchen. Removal and re-installation of two kitchen windows. Additions and modifications to stormwater roof gutters, downpipes, and drainage. Rectification of yet to be identified water damage to house structure. Painting of new installation
