Stop the leak, fix the ceiling
Job description
I have discovered a wet patch on my ceiling indicating a leaky roof after weeks of rain. I have rung my insurance company and now I need to find a builder to give me the details of what I'm facing and to work with the insurance people. I imagine I will need someone to fix the roof and to repaint the ceiling - I have ceiling paint. Whether the insurance company accept the claim or not makes no difference, I need someone to fix it all as I am not able to.

Mark did an excellent job start to finish. He had many issues to deal with including non stop rain, but managed to find and fix a leaky roof following a thorough investigation. Then he made a beautiful job of repairing the sagging damaged ceiling and repainting the huge area of ceiling necessary to match up the paint, Totally recommend him for reliability. Thanks Mark
