Building Renovation

Rear bedroom to be cut off & removed from house.. I have a 3 bedroom lockwood home where a few years ago the 3rd bedroom was extended into a larger bedroom. As I plan to relocate the house on my same section I need to remove the extension that was added onto this bedroom. The job really doesn't require materials, the rear bedroom has to be closed up (approx 4 metres of the rooms length to be removed) to return the house close to its original type shape. I would prefer someone with experience in lockwood type buildings.. Any Q's please ask.
