I am in need of a builder for a day or two, to get under a building and add some more joists to strengthen the kitchen hall way and bathroom floors. I also need them to remove some rotten wood under the deck and replace it.

As it was last minute fix it job. There was no quote done & the job was a bit bigger than I had originally planed. We didn't really discuss the cost. Was more than I wanted to spend, but it was last minute & the job was completed to a high standard.
