2nd story maintenance

On the (high and steep) roof there is wooden framed skylight window that sticks up above the roofline. I am too scared to climb up there! There is a dodgy looking cedar weatherboard where water seems to come in when it rains a lot. It doesn't leak into the house but I notice the paint on the gib inside gets a bit of a bubble. Otherwise, it seems fine inside. Hopefully, it is just an outer board replacement job and not something nasty underneath - but guess you have to be prepared for dealing with that too.
