renovation kitchen/bathroom

KITCHEN:- Having a new kitchen installed by cabinetmakers. Need the old cabinets removed. Need the plumbing for sink, waste disposal and dishwasher moved about 1metre(good access under house) and hooked up. Need the old oven disconnected and new one connected (same position) need rangehood ducting done, x5 lights and x4 power points wired in. BATHROOM:- Old vanity and shower to be removed, new ones installed and plumbing hooked up (same position). x1power point, x1 light, x1 fan/light and x1 heated towel rail to be wired in. LAUNDRY:- This is a very small area between the kitchen and bathroom. I would like to open this area up to flow through and frame up to put laundry behind a cupboard. FLOORING:- I am going to tile this entire area (around 12sqm). Any helps with quotes or some of ideas of cost from tradespeople needed would be appreciated.
