Looking for a visionary builder to extend the kitchen and dining area out by at least one metre and possibly the lounge area by approximately two metres. There is also a large pergola to be dismantled and re-erected once the building work is completed. The house, built in 2005, has brick cladding and aluminium joinery with long run sheeting roof. Happy to consider ideas from the builder.
