Job description
Hi, just took over a place, has several small things to do, ideally this week before tenants get it. 1) main priority: cover the fireplace to a gib finish to be stopped & painted. Floor boards in front of fireplace. 2) small piece of skirting to be added 3) build a couple of sections of fence, to replace where they currently have fly screen doors!
