Meterbox Ingress - Minor building repair

Can you provide a quote to do the following works (attached images and description below). A site visit can be arranged. Water / Moisture is getting into the wall through the holes in the Meterbox. I believe the fix would involve sealing up the hole and potentially putting some new wood in adjacent to the meterbox.
