Floor Hole

1. Main Job...Hole in wood floor about 300mm by 200mm approx inside near a main sliding door can see right through. (Think it just got wet from door and deteriorated need Board replaced asap 2. Also refloor the room 6.4m x 4.4m approx with planks or vinyl not to sure as of yet. (HOLE is my main concern) would like approx quote with and without pulling up old carpet
