Skilled Carpenter/ Build team for 8m x 3m Tiny Home

I am embarking on a 24m2 tiny home build. The build will be on a galvanized split deck insulated trailer. Looking for a hands on carpenter. advantageous if you have a yard/ storage to build until watertight. Will be sited in Pukehina. Your labor is required not your project management (that’s my day job) with enthusiasm for what I am trying to achieve working towards a sleek, nicely detailed result. I can do my own shoddy work, I won't accept this of my builder. I would like to be pretty hands on for the build so you have my assistance for the duration. Construction Summary: Timber frame/SIP panel construction Exposed trusses (no ready truss with cheap fastenings) Colorsteel or similar roofing Abodo cladding / Ply and timber baton Timber framed internal walls loft mezzanine with stair/storage which detailing will be critical Ply Kitchen joinery, laminate bench tops One internal sliding door Vents/exhaust as required to Building code Timber detailing on select internal walls Ply on others Flooring Oak Or Ply and Vinyl (TBC) Services: Solar electricity to supply fridge and general power (on ground mounted) bladder roof water collection onsite so plumbing and filtration to kitchen sink, shower, washing machine and WC sink. Guttering and downpipes to be fixed nice onsite after transport. Incinerating toilet- No sewerage/black waste On demand Gas heater for water Gas oven and stovetop Fireplace Lighting 240V **
