Builder for bathroom renovation, balcony and ensuite

We are looking for a builder to assist us with some work in the following areas as part of our renovation: 1.Building a new balcony (requires building consent) 2.Existing bathroom renovation 3. Adding an ensuite bathroom in master bedroom (requires building consent) 4.Some other minor building work in the garage and laundry room. We have plans drawn up by a registered designer for the consent work already and need fixed price quote from the builder for all jobs above. We have a registered plumber who can work on the plumbing side. Some of the work above requires building consent so licensed builder is required for those. Please provide full contact details we can then go through the jobs with the builder in more detail for the quote. We would prefer builders who have good experience in above jobs and reference.
