Simple house extension
Job description
Want to add 4m to end of single gable house, concrete slab floor. Plans have been drawn up and are with council now. Complete re-roof of existing house at same time. Option to do new driveway at same time as pour new slab for extension. Can work with your usual electrician and roofing supplier or I can arrange. Looking for someone to manage most of build up to gib stopping. I will look after interior finishes.

Dave has been great to deal with, very professional and organised. He had clearly planned ahead well and we didn't have any of the usual hold ups waiting for materials or subcontractors. All the subcontractors were equally great and Dave clearly has good quality working relationships with good quality contractors.
