New Bathroom

Builder required to renovate the main family bathroom which is to be replaced with new fixtures and fittings ie, new toilet, bath, acrylic shower and vanity. All new fixtures and fittings will be in the same position as the old ones. I will remove the existing fixtures and fittings myself. The bathroom has a concrete floor. I will use a shower installer to install the new shower. As well as installing the new fixtures and fittings I anticipate there will be a small amount of gib to be patched. There is also a separate toilet with a small hand basin, both units will be replaced. I'm hoping for a start date of 8th Nov.
