Replace/repair rotting wall

There's a rotting wall in our bathroom which leaks when it rains heavily. This is due to flooding at the back of the building which also needs to be looked at by the builder. Looking to do whatever is needed to fix the problem. Not sure if the budget allows for this but come and see for yourself and let us know.
