Finish off farm houses

We are Receivers off a farm in Tauranga, there is a main farm house that requires finishing off, and a second smaller farm house that is around 2/3rds complete. Both require finishing to be signed off. Work involed, tidy up un finished bits, install kitchen, jib fixing and stopping, painting ah weather board not complete. im sure there is more but cant recall off the top of my head. At first we are looking for people to go out have a look and provide us with a quote to get worked finished, then we will be picking a company/person to finish the work.
