House extension and renovation

We currently have a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home (120 sq meters) that we would like to extend. The house was built in 1989 and is brick exterior with some hardy-plank cladding. We have a full site (890 sq meters). We'd like a building professional who can quote on the full job, including all the sub contractor (plumbers, electricians, painters etc). We are keen to add another bedroom and an ensuite. We'd also like to replace the existing bathroom and kitchen (we are planning to move the kitchen); we want to replace several windows with double glazing; we'd also like to paint and carpet the interior, and build a new deck. We don't have a drafted plan but we do have an architect who we'd like to use. We need quotes for the work involved to provide to the bank for the loan documentation.
