Taking over a property after Easter weekend. Have a few jobs small jobs to do: 1. Tidy up framing where a wall will be removed. I would like to remove the wall between the toilet/laundry room and the shower. 2. Gib the surfaces removed/damaged. 3. Fit a new vanity. 4. Removal of small sink. May require a plumber to cap off the pipes. 5. Cover over where the door was with a wall. Once I know the wall is not a load bearing wall, I can do the removal myself, it is just the plaster and building a frame for where the door was that I can't do.
