Deck

We need a new deck: 1. Rectangular deck 9.0m x 4.0m x 0.9m high; 2. House is 6.6m wide but we want the deck to overlap by 1.2m either side with steps one side and wheelchair ramp on the other side; 3. Ramp to fall standard 1:12 gradient (although we?re not overly worried, as long as not too steep) 4. Hand rail for steps only (we don?t think hand rail necessary for ramp) 5. Bench seat to wrap around deck (3 sides) a. 450 mm high b. ~320 mm wide (basically 3 deck palings wide) c. Using piles around outside edge of deck as base and the seat centred on the piles (ie will end up with the bench slightly overhanging the deck) 6. Use decking timber as side boards. 7. Please price on knotty pine, premium grade pine and kwila
