Box in existing carport and concrete slab for a patio

I am looking for a quote to box in an existing carport and a concrete slab for a patio in Motuoapa, Southern Lake Taupo. Building consent has been approved and its ready to start (Ideally need it done ASAP). - Garage approx. 6m x 4.1m (new concrete slab/cladding is lineal weatherboard) - Patio 100mm Slab approx. 4m x 3.6m Builder must be LBP registered, and will need to allow for building consent inspections.
